Delete your account

This removes your personal details from Ringa. You can do it yourself below, or ask us by email and we will do it for you.

What happens

  • Your profile, photo, bio, links, skills, UPI ID and location are removed or anonymised.
  • Your open requests are cancelled and your pending offers are withdrawn.
  • You are signed out and cannot sign in again with this account.
  • Reviews and completed jobs that involve another person may stay, shown as “Deleted user”.
  • You can’t delete while a job is in progress. Finish or cancel it first.

Can’t sign in? Email ringa.support@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete the account within 7 days.
